Riviera Tower was once the premier retail and residential development on the Al Khan corniche in Sharjah. Undergoing a major retail redevelopment, Limelight provided a new interior concept consistent with the new upscale, lifestyle leasing strategy. All three floors of interior space and the exterior glazing were completed demolished. We developed a new interior scheme with strong curvilinear geometry that allowed the tight interior spaces to feel more spacious, plenty of wood was used to soften the interior and all glass shopfront are installed expand the public corridors. Our exterior concept included a Mondrian approach to curtain wall with a modular system of multi-coloured glass panels.
