Initiated by large UAE retailer/developer, this project was the redeveloped of a prime location the owned in central Abu Dhabi to include a flagship retail store, 40,000 sq/m of retail, 20,000 sq/m of commercial office space and 2 levels of underground parking. The project also include the challenging requirement of a possible future division of the site into 2 separate entities. The open frame architectural concept and overall massing enabled unique branding, rooftop F&B, excellent visibility and branding, separate access for office and pedestrian access form the adjacent development.
