Defining 3 kilometres of Sharjah waterfront

A remarkable and challenging project that required the land use strategy and design guidelines for nearly kilometres of waterfront in Al Fisht, Sharjah. A detailed analysis of the entire entire was required in order to understand the needs of existing residential and commercial businesses and the impact and future developments to optimal land use and generate economic development. Careful coordination with multiple local authorities was facilitated to ensure that of the interests all stakeholders were considered. The final output was a detailed urban design guidelines documents that was used for all renovation, redevelopment and new build projects
