A deconstruction of the lobby experience to streamline the ticketing process, increase operational efficiency and drive retail sales. A playful and creative use of water/beach icons that boldly communicates the opportunity for all kinds of watery fun.
We developed a new interior scheme with strong curvilinear geometry that allowed the tight interior spaces to feel more spacious, plenty of wood was used to soften the interior and all glass shopfront are installed expand the public corridors.
Our role was to develop the physical connectivity between places and build a new urban fabric that would unite the area into one interconnected retail/commercial zone. We also analyzed the existing retail shops and provide design guidelines on how to cost effectively enhance their signage, visual merchandizing and overall shopfront design.
A new brand and signage program was required to enable wayfinding in a complex site, drive footfall to the underperforming second level, create a fresh, modern identity that redefined its relationship with the master developer and provide design guidelines for ground floor/exterior F&B.
