Cesar has been working as Graphic & Web Design for more than 10 years. Cesar is both innovative and versatile in his designs. He combines art and technology to communicate ideas through images, the layout of web screens and printed pages. He uses a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects. He works direct with Art Director for the overall design, layout, and concept for websites, mobile apps, advertising campaign, animation, newsletter, social media, interactive displays, and etc. He also works with Creative Department in creating design and concept.
